1. Raw material pre-processing

Raw material pretreatment process: storage, transportation and weighing of raw materials. The main raw materials are: limestone, clay, iron powder, etc.. These raw materials need to be weighed and mixed proportionally to form a homogeneous mixture.

 

2. Crushing, mixing and grinding

The pre-treated raw materials enter the preparation system for preliminary crushing and mixing. Then the preliminarily prepared materials are fed into the ball mill for fine grinding to form powdered raw materials.

 

3. Clinker production

The finely ground raw material is fed into a rotary kiln for firing to form clinker. In the rotary kiln, the raw materials undergo chemical reactions at high temperatures to form new compounds. After cooling, the fired clinker is obtained.

 

4. Conveying and storage

After the clinker is cooled, it is sent to the clinker storage for storage through conveying equipment. Clinker storage is usually a large cylindrical structure, which can store a large amount of clinker to meet the production demand.

5. Raw material preparation

The process of raw meal preparation mainly includes mixing clinker with appropriate amount of gypsum, and then feeding it into the mill for grinding to form raw meal.

 

6. Cement production

The ground raw material is fed into the cement mill and mixed with appropriate amount of limestone and iron powder for further grinding. The ground mixture is then fed into the cement clinker mill for final grinding.

 

7. Packaging and storage

After grinding, the cement powder is sent to the packing system for packing through the conveying equipment, and then sent to the cement warehouse for storage. The design of the cement vault is similar to that of the clinker vault, which can store large quantities of cement.

 

8. Exhaust gas treatment

During the cement production process, a large amount of exhaust gases, such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide, are produced. These exhaust gases need to be treated before they can be discharged into the atmosphere. Common exhaust gas treatment methods include alkaline solution absorption, activated carbon adsorption and so on.
