This is a mixed combustion lime kiln of Shougang.
• There are two kilns with a diameter of 4.3 meters and two with a diameter of 5 meters.
• Originally designed to produce 300 tons per day and 400 tons per day, due to environmental protection requirements.
• they have been transformed into beam-type kilns using natural gas as fuel.
• The kiln with a diameter of 4.3 meters is equipped with three upper and two lower layers of five combustion beams , each beam equipped with 24 natural gas burners;
• the kiln with a diameter of 5.0 meters is equipped with four upper and three lower layers of seven combustion beams, each beam equipped with 28 natural gas burners.
• After the update, the output is 320 tons per day and 460 tons per day.
The heat consumption is 860-900 kcal/kg.
• The finished lime is used in metallurgy and is a light-burned active lime.

The main invention content of the insulated combustion beam:

1. The main structure is made of heat-resistant alloy steel, which includes uniformly distributed convection-type heat transfer oil circulation cooling channels.
2. This invention optimizes the design of the heat transfer oil cooling channels, reducing the gap between the channels and lowering the flow rate of the heat transfer oil, which can significantly reduce
the flow volume of the heat transfer oil.
3. The main steel structure contains a layer of sintered insulating refractory material, forming a composite material with insulation function.
4. The main steel structure is designed with anchoring structures for fixing the external refractory materials, and the anchor hooks are themselves sprayed with layers of properties close to the outer refractory materials, which can achieve complete integration with the external refractory materials.


5. In addition to the sintered insulation materials, a double-layer high-
temperature-resistant, impact-resistant steel strength refractory material is
added for spraying and pouring, significantly extending the service life of the combustion beam.
6. The organic combination design scheme of heat-resistant alloy steel + sintered insulation materials + sprayed refractory materials + poured high- strength internal high-temperature fire-resistant materials.
7. The composite refractory insulation structure form with a heat transfer oil cooling system protection, realizes the insulation performance of the
combustion beam, and achieves the goal of stable and long-life use of the refractory structure.

Through the above inventions and creations, the insulated combustion beams has the following features:
onsumption by more than 30% compared to ordinary heat transfer oil combustion frames.
The heat loss of the heat transfer oil can be reduced by more than 60%.
The normal service life of the combustion beams can be doubled.
The insulated combustion beam is an invention patent of our company in 2014. It has been on the market for over 9 years. The majority of the combustion frames have a service life of more than 5 years. According to our statistics, the average service life is 5.6 years, with the shortest being 3.5 years and the longest exceeding 9 years.
This combustion frame is used in hundreds of beam kilns in China. The fuels include coal
powder, gas coal powder dual fuel, natural gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, coke oven
