When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and large specific gravity will settle down and fall into the dust hopper due to gravity, and the gas containing fine dust will be blocked when it passes through the filter material, so that the gas will be purified. The high dust removal efficiency of bag filter is inseparable from its dust removal mechanism. Dusty gas from the dust collector lower inlet pipe, through the deflector plate into the dust hopper, due to the collision of the deflector plate and the reduction of gas velocity and so on, coarse dust will fall into the dust hopper, the rest of the fine particles of dust with the gas into the filter bag room, due to the inertia of the filter fibers and fabrics, diffusion, barrier, hooks, static electricity and other roles, the dust is blocked inside the filter bag, the purified gas escapes out of the bag, through the exhaust pipe discharge. The accumulated dust on the filter bag is removed by gas inverse washing method, and the dust removed is discharged to the ash hopper, and discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash unloading valve. The dust on the filter bag can also be removed by blowing pulse gas flow method, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal, the dust removed from the ash discharge device. Bag filter dust removal efficiency is also high with the filter media, filter performance and quality of good and bad, directly related to the bag filter performance and service life of good and bad. The filter bag is cleaned by compressed air blowing, and the cleaning mechanism is composed of air bag, blowing pipe and electromagnetic pulse control valve. Each row of filter bags in the filter room is assembled with a blowing pipe at the top of the outlet, the lower side of the blowing pipe is equipped with a blowing port in the center of the filter bag, and each blowing pipe is equipped with a pulse valve and connected with the compressed air bag. When cleaning, the solenoid valve opens the pulse valve, the compressed air is sprayed by the cleaning control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) according to the set procedure to open the electromagnetic pulse blowing, the compressed gas in a very short period of time in sequence through the pulse valve through the nozzle on the blowing pipe induces several times the amount of air into the filter bag, the formation of air waves, so that the filter bag by the mouth of the bag to the bottom of the sharp expansion and impact vibration, resulting in a strong cleaning effect, shaking off the filter bag, and then the filter bag is cleaned up. The air wave causes the filter bag to expand and vibrate sharply from the mouth to the bottom of the bag, resulting in a strong dust-cleaning effect and shaking off the dust on the bag.
