Cyclone Dust Collector

Cyclone dust collector is the process of separating particulate pollutants from the gas by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotating dust-laden gas stream. When the dust-containing gas stream enters the cyclone dust collector from the inlet pipe, the gas stream changes from a straight line motion to a circular motion. The majority of the rotating gas flow along the wall and the cylinder into a spiral downward, towards the cone flow, usually called the external rotating flow. Dust-containing gas in the rotating process generates centrifugal force, the density is greater than the gas particles thrown to the wall, particles once in contact with the wall, it will lose inertial force and rely on the momentum of the entrance speed and downward gravity along the wall and fall into the ash pipe. Rotating down the external rotation of the airflow in the arrival of the vertebrae, due to the contraction of the cone to the center of the dust collector, and its tangential velocity is constantly increasing. When the gas flow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the vertebra, it will rotate in the same direction in the cyclone dust collector from the bottom back to the top, and continue to do the spiral movement. Eventually, the purified gas is removed from the device through the exhaust pipe, which is usually referred to as the internal cyclone. Part of the uncaptured particles are also discharged.
